At just 29 years old, Jonathan has established himself as an industry veteran with over 10 years of real estate sales and management experience. An early pioneer in the online real estate space, he founded one of the first internet brokerages, WhyNotOwn Real Estate. After selling that business in early 2004 he simultaneously founded Brio Realty and co-founded ActiveRain Corp. Brio Realty has acheived rapid growth during it's first two years of existence and can now be found in three states on both North American coasts. ActiveRain Corp. was founded as a lead management ASP software solution for the real estate industry, but recently has received most notoriety through ActiveRain.com, the largest and fastest growing social network, specifically focused on the real estate industry.
