Thanks, J. Huttonburn - you're right on my subscriber list so I don't miss any of your blogs. I went over to check some of these out, such as the Sellsius blog. They say the Internet Buyer only interviews one agent - I disagree. I think they do their "interviewing" through their online searches and investigations, before contacting one agent.

Video Podcast?  Boy that's scary.  I don't even like hearing my voice on tape, much less watching a movie of myself.  Ugh.
