A big congrats to Rudy and Joe!! As usually I am one day late to the party but I still wanted to spread the word that Sellsius has launched.
It looks like they have a few industry changing innovations included with their new classifieds listings site including a cool new feature called a "Sellsius link".
Today I registered for a personal account ($29 / year!), and plan on doing a full review of the site sometime in the next few days. In the meantime check it out. Sellsius has wow'd us for a long time now with their blog, I can only imagine what they have in store for us now.

Hi Mitchell,
Yes, I agree right now we have a ton of choices for where we can publish our listings. Since Sellsius Real Estate is still so new, I can't answer your question as completely as I would like. Right now all I know is that the guys behind the Sellsius blog, which I love, have launched a product that they have been working on for a long time. My guess is that it is probably worth trying out. Being an innovator usually means jumping in with both feet to try something out, even if the outcome isn't 100% visable.
Thanks for the note on this, Jonathan. I will take a look at it - I have a new listing and it could be worth giving it a try as another option.
Jeff
Seems like another tool to use if it actually has good web presence. There are way too many options for listings to get noticed, that I highly doubt this will be a huge impact to your listings. Just our opinion and observation.
I do however wish them the best of luck.
hi jon!
thanks for mentioning our launch. and thanks to all of you who have provided us with your valuable feedback. we appreciate it.
we're a small grassroots start up that will promote our members, their business and their listings. we certainly realize that we have a long way to go as far as content is concerned but we understood that from day one. we have built the framework and slowly our new founding members are planting the seeds. with some sunshine and a little bit of "rain" :) , the garden will begin to blossom. geesh, i hope that wasn't too corny.....
we are quite different compared to the other classified listing sites out there. i won't bore you with all the details but these few may interest you:
1. Niche List/Search = Essentially, tagging your listings and your professional profile with specific attributes such as expertise, category and niche - specific to you and your business or your listings.
2. Exact Match Search - You can select specific criteria that is important to you. If your looking for a condo that's a penthouse, and fixer upper with ocean views, and our member entered that listing with all that data, then you can select exact match and you will get that result. NOT any condo or any penthouse etc. Most sites have a fuzzy search. If it's in our growing haystack, you'll be able to find your needle. here's an example: http://sellsiusrealestate.com/html/popup_keyword_search_tips.aspx?ID=71
3. Sellsius Link = tag any of your listings, place them in different advertising mediums (EVEN PRINT), and view your stats to see which venue is the best place for you to advertise. Here's an example: http://sellsiusrealestate.com/html/popup_sellsius_link.aspx
thanks for taking the time to check out how we can help promote you and your business.
best,

Thanks for letting us know - I signed up - $29/year - what a deal! - just spent $125 on Zillow and so far I have only had 51 clicks.
I'll definitely take a look at this although I groan at the thought of another monthly expense.
Hi, it's David from Zillow,
MaryAnn -
Thank you so much for your EZ Ads purchase. Your $125 actually gets your ad seen 12,500 times. Please don't just measure the clicks we sent to your website; you should have your phone number and/or e-mail address listed in your EZ Ad -- clicks don't matter as much if your phone is ringing. That said 51 clicks is good going - how many times has your ad been viewed?
Of course it's still free to advertise your clients' listings to the millions of visitors on Zillow.com.
Diane it's only $29 a year.... Jonathan wrote "I registered for a personal account ($29 / year!) "
The cost of a latte each month? Venti latte?
